Since we are exploring how powerful you are, let's remember how to co-create with the vastness of the entire universe! At the end of the workshop, you will have a personal symbol that will serve as a yantra for your alignment with these timeless laws of creation.

This workshop is designed to uncover your creative badass self. You'll paint a representation of them in your own style.

We will be leading participants on a journey to freedom from toxic energetic cords and the ways that past entanglements have held us back from being the shining lights we are. Beginning with an Intention Layer, participants will capture their desired state. We will take participants through a short exercise to identify obstacles to their desired state. By examining our past triumphs over obstacles, we aim to alchemize remaining challenges, shedding outdated approaches that no longer serve us. We will then create a light-filled Freedom Layer where we begin to apply the Goddess Glow. In the Symbol Layer, we call upon our higher self to identify and sever toxic energetic cords that may be holding us back. We will paint the Freya Knot and receive a personal symbol of Freedom through the message from our Higher Goddess Self.

A transformative painting- “art gardening” session exploring manifestation through self awareness, self-care and love. We'll nurture our desires and dreams, likening them to seeds waiting to be planted and cultivated. Like a seed holds immense potential, so do we! Art gardening is self ‘gardening’.

We will consider the meaning of the sacred geometry in Denise Cannon's recent post with the energy of various archetypes (Gaia, Unicorns, Metatron, etc.) and then lead the participants in an open studio working on whichever one. Gail has been working a lot with painting sacred geometry, and i am new to it, so it will have both levels!

The theme of this paint jam workshop is to recognize and honor the daily rituals that support us living in our most powerful embodiment. The “wellspring” are the sources of what keep us in our power (all the Self-care rituals such as our painting practice ((meditation & movement)), hydration, time in nature, etc). Participants are invited to contemplate which rituals they practice in the cycles of life they feel the most powerful - those will be painted as words and symbols on the beginning layers through the elements of air, fire, water and earth as expressed by elements of a garden.

Sacred Soul Symbol Mandala Workshop - We will be painting a mandala using the symbols that resonate with you personally so everyone’s mandala & energy will be unique to them. MAGIC!

We will be painting into our infinite self and unveiling all the ways we can shift our identity as we our human evolution over a lifetime. The topic will be focused on accepting all the different identities we have grown through over our lifetime, and opening up space to allow ourselves to leave behind old identities, patterns, and behaviors that just don't work for us anymore and step into more of our infinite being. Because we get to choose and we can!
